By purchasing subscription of p3tools, you agree on following terms and conditions.
- p3tools, its license server and documentations are a commercially available proprietary software and documentations, owned by Pradhan Technology Pvt. Ltd., Nepal.
- Upon successful payment and approval of subscription, Pradhan Technology hereby grants you the non-exclusive license to use the software solely for your internal business purposes.
- Number of license and duration of subscription will be defined by the type of subscriptions / products purchased.
- All subscriptions are non refundable.
- Each license grants you one seat on one computer. You may use multiple instance of p3tools in the same computer and will only occupy single license from the license pool.
- p3tools requires active internet connections for it to work.
- During software crash or when the license is unable to release the connection from the license pool, you may request a license release via email to our support team.
- You may not distribute, rent, sub-license or otherwise make available to others the Software or documentation or copies thereof, except as expressly permitted in this License without prior written consent from Pradhan Technology.
- This program and documentation contains proprietary confidential information and trade secrets of Pradhan Technology. You may not remove any proprietary notices, labels, trademarks on the Software or documentation. You may not modify, de-compile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software.
- Limited warranty: p3tools software, license server and documentation are “as is” without any warranty as to their performance, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. The licensee assumes the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software. In no event shall p3tools author, Pradhan Technology or anyone else who has been involved in the creation, development, production, or delivery of this software be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages, such as, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits, benefits, use, or data resulting from the use of this software, or arising out of any breach of warranty.
- Pradhan Technology holds the right to suspend all or some of licenses or subscriptions for any violations, such as, but not limited to, violation of terms and conditions, misuse of licenses.
